World Summit AI 2026, and What Comes Next for Neoro

Our soft launch in Amsterdam, the launch film on the main stage, and the seed round we closed before we got there.

World Summit AI in Amsterdam, on 7 and 8 October, was Neoro's soft launch. It was the moment we stopped describing the platform and started showing it to the people it is built for: the partners and CEOs who run consulting firms.

Funded before we arrived

Before the summit, we closed our seed round with a strategic investor. That shaped the whole trip. We went to Amsterdam to talk about the product and the firms we want to work with, not to raise.

The round funds the next stage of the build and our work with early adopters, and it gives us room to do both properly rather than quickly.

On the main stage and at the stand

Neoro took part in the World Summit AI accelerator programme, and our launch film played on the main stage. In two minutes it showed what we are building: nine specialist agents behind one router, working from one governed source of the firm's knowledge, with anything binding held for a partner to approve.

The more valuable time was at our stand. We walked consulting CEOs through the platform itself and spent two days in direct conversations about how their firms actually run, from winning work and delivering it to invoicing and compliance.

What we are focusing on

Two days of those conversations made our priorities for the coming months very clear.

  • Control stays with the partners. Agents work autonomously by default, and binding actions such as a client email, a contract or an invoice wait for a named person to approve. That is enforced in the system, not left to a setting.
  • Useful on day one. Plug and play only counts if the agents are good from the first week, with the frameworks and tools consultancies already use.
  • Proof over promises. The measure we hold ourselves to is simple: over time, partners should rewrite fewer drafts and approve more work on the first pass.

What comes next

We are now working with early adopters through to the end of 2026, ahead of our broader launch in January 2027.

You can watch the launch film on our homepage. If you run a consultancy and want to see how Neoro would work in your firm, book a demo and we will walk you through it.
